(TGBH) Ay yo! Que onda mi gente? What’s hood yall, the bWo stays ouchea and we right chea with another predictions blog. It’s a Scandalous Summer to say the least and we are en route to AAA’s Verano de Escandalo three week special. We have seven matches announced so far with more to be possibly announced so we will doing this AAA blog Running Predictions style! Week 1 is this Saturday, and it’s already shaping up to be quite a card. We have title matches, grudge matches, Triplemania qualifiers, and more! We'll be updating this blog as the matches go in the weeks ahead.
(DSS) We’re back for more AAA?! Hell yeah. We’re in for another batch of killer matches that the main roster won’t give the time of day. While SmackDown and Raw sit through weeks of endless recaps and the same three video packages, AAA presents every weekly show as a spectacle i can’t wait to watch—and predict.

WEEK 1

AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship
Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana(c) vs. La Hiedra and Laredo Kid
(TGBH) At this point, La Hiedra is just the ex who wont leave Mr. Iguana alone. Or perhaps, as La Hiedra mentioned, it’s Mr. Iguana messaging her on the facebook? Lola and Hiedra have been going it at since what feels like when Worlds first Collided and the AAA Mixed Tag belts are on the line again. Some feuds go on forever, like this one. But it’s a feud that keeps changing and we have seen numerous pairings come about from those taking up the weeks in between. Should be fun nonetheless, Ms. Vice and Mr. Iguana go home with their belts.

Los Gringos Locos 2.0 vs. Los Perros del Mal
(TGBH) Whoa man this really shifted course fast. El Grande Americano was coming in hot off the biggest win of his career and ready to claim the AAA Mega Heavyweight Championship opportunity he was owed. Los Perros del Mal has wrecked havoc since re-emerging and are one of the most popular wrestling factions in Lucha Libre historee. Dirty Dom’s involvement gives us another PLE style event without a championship defense as he continues to duck El Grande Americano. Whilst that alone can be a factor as to if Dom is the ring leader, the Dawgs dont need Dom in their corner. I think we’re getting Bronco Nima in this match and he’ll get a chance to prove just how brute of a force he can be. This rivalry wont end here, but this will be a hell of a match to kick it off.
(DSS) Anything that gets me Dominik Mysterio on my screen without Danhausen is gold in my book. Dominik should be featured in WWE the way AAA uses him. And it turns out he’s going to be teaming up with his future opponent, the greatest Luchadore of all time: El Grande Americano. Los Perros del Mal are an actual problem, and I’m a big fan of them including Karmen Petrovic. Dom and El Grande need the win, but I’m not sure how steady their alliance is going into Triplemanía. They’ll get through the match and pick up the win, but I can see some irreversible cracks in their union forming by the end of it.

WEEK 2

AAA World Cruiserweight Championship
Rey Fenix(c) vs. Mini Vikingo
(DSS) This match is going to be wild. I’m always talking about professional wrestling needing to move to younger stars, but if we go any further someone is gonna catch a child abuse case. I’m excited for this one, but at the moment Rey Fenix still has the name that is bringing more eyes to AAA. I’m enjoying seeing him take his title to the main roster shows and give us crazy matches that only cruiserweights can give us.
(TGBH) We talked about this one during our Sabado Gigante Main Mixer last week, available for replay on our youtube channel. Mini Vikingo cant be labeled a madman because he’s only 17. This match is gonna be like watching Rey Fenix take on an even younger Je’Von Evans, seriously. Mini Vikingo is next in line in the Vikingo family, moreso now with his older brother out with an injury. AAA is in great hands with this young kid, but honestly it wouldn’t shock anyone to see him get a main roster deal. Rey Fenix’s run as AAA World Cruiserweight Champion aint gonna end anytime soon, but you can expect this match to be a contender for match of the year.

Los Wagners vs. Drago and Dinamico
(TGBH) I knew they were gonna put these two big brutes together, they are afterall brothers. Wagner III and Galeno del Mal have seen their share of singles success and have done so around the world. Names that carry weight, and an even heavier family legacy on their shoulders for there is indeed more than one royal family in wrestling. They’re building em up as a team to eventually move up to NXT because they look great together AND they look great together in suits. This is the beginning of something much bigger.

AAA Latin American Championship Qualifier
Lince Dorado vs. La Parka vs. Mecha Wolf
(TGBH) There is so much that AAA gets right in wrestling and these fatal four way triple threat qualifiers is one of em. We have an excellent array of talent here that has done wonders together and will do so in this match as well. It’s good to see Dragon Lee do his own thing away from Rey Mysterio, and he truly deserves the spotlight he’s been getting. It’s unfortunate he can no longer compete in this match due to injury, and has been replaced by dependable journeyman Lince Dorado. La Parka III is sensational and doesn’t need gold to be The Man, or in this case the skeleton of The Man. A welcome sight in any arena and truly a popular attraction amongst fans. Mecha Wolf is a talent that does it all and will prove he will always be a factor in any division at any given time. I feel like Dragon Lee should have won this match and the title, as he could have defended the Latin American Championship on Monday Night RAW. At this point it really is anyone’s game.

WEEK 3

AAA Latin American Championship Qualifier
El Fiscal vs. Psycho Clown vs. Cruz Del Toro
(TGBH) So far we have seen Wagner III and La Parka III qualify for the Fatal Four Way scheduled for TripleMania to crown the new AAA Latin American Champion. Cruz Del Toro surely deserves a spot on that card, and deserves to carry some sort of gols for his years of service to the brand. Psycho Clown has his own problems to deal with and El Fiscal is always on the lookout for the guy using his father’s name and mask. Whilst I see Fiscal or Psycho being the logical winners, their loose ends will catch up with them sooner or later, and the sooner could be this match.

AAA Reina de Reinas Championship
Lady Flammer(c) vs. La Catalina vs. Lady Shani
(TGBH) Folks online already making up speculations about Catalina’s “callup” and im here to tell you that you should probably spend your time reading other things. La Catalina is gonna be in AAA a little longer, I mean, someone has to carry the belt when Las Toxicas go to NXT right? I think, unfortunately, Lady Shani eats the pin here so Flammer and Catalina can finally have their one on one match at TripleMania. Lady Flammer’s Roman Reigns like reign at the top hits 1,091 days tonight, and only 4 days shy of her three year anniversary since winning the belt. This historic reign continues with help from Las Toxicas, of course, but that’s not bad thing either. La Catalina is set for a hell of a face run with the belt, but that’s not happening til AAA’s most toxic stable moves on to NXT.
