I owe everyone an apology. I have not had much content these last few weeks. A lot has been brewing over here with the bWo and me. We have been putting out content nearly every day. We launched our non-wrestling YouTube channel, The Group Project. On top of that, I also joined the content team of the gaming organization I am in, M3RK Clan. All this on top of my day job. I got burned out a bit. And on top of that, this past weekend I flew out to Boston to not only hang out with the team, but I also attended Cold Fury, one of the biggest shows of the year by New England indie fed, Chaotic Wrestling.

For those who do not know, I stream on Twitch, mainly Diablo 4 and Marvel Rivals. As many know, many wrestlers stream on Twitch, of which I follow a handful. One of those I follow is indie mainstay JT Dunn. I have been following him for many years as a fan and would watch his streams when I could. Now, I had been in a couple of orgs before, and they didn’t work out for whatever reason; there's no ill will toward them. One night, I was in his stream, and he had mentioned the org he was in and his journey in finding the right one for him, M3RK Clan. I got to thinking and decided it wouldn’t hurt to look into them
Now, I took my time and tested the waters to see what they offered. In fact, it took about a year for me to decide to be a full member. And then, I was able to join the content team soon after. Why am I telling you all of this on a wrestling website? Well, this past weekend, I flew out to Boston to not only hang out with some of these people who have become friends of mine, but to attend Cold Fury as M3rk was the main sponsor.

It says to the way they have built a community for me to fly nearly halfway across the country to hang out with internet friends for less than 48 hours. And once we got to the show, what a show it was. We had a Tag Title tournament final, one title match in a 2-out-of-3-falls match that featured WWE ID prospect, Aaron Rourke. Hell, that wasn’t the only WWE ID member that night. Also, there was Jariel Rivera (also a proud M3rk member), so watch him doing great things. Also, Chaotic has a title that I have not seen before, and it is progressive in how it works.
Most wrestling organizations have a women’s title or division of some sort. Chaotic has something called the Pan Optic title, which started as their women’s division. But with this one, it is open to all genders and sexualities. Since the changeover, there has been a wide variety of people going for and defending the title. This is a new concept, at least from what I have seen, and I am interested if other organizations adopt this.
But there was one match we all came together for. The Mill City Melee. An eight-man tag match that turns into a street fight.. On one side, you had M3rk founder BigDog, JT Dunn and Danny Miles of The Unit, and Chaotic legend Matt Logan. On the other hand, you had Chase Del Monte, turncoat Trigga the OG, and TNA superstars Alisha and Eddie Edwards. This match had no fewer than four doors that were broken, both the trash can and the lid, chairs, and even a crutch wrapped in barbed wire. In the end, the good side prevailed as the M3RK Unit won.

All in all, for a short trip, it was an amazing and fulfilling one. Laughs were had, wrestling was watched, but most importantly, bonds were strengthened. Big shout-out to Chaotic for the hospitality and the great time. If you are in the area, please go watch. If not, they broadcast their shows on YouTube and Twitch.
