(TGBH) What the fack is cracking everybody? Another Saturday approacheth with another Saturday Night’s Main Event on the horizon. As usual my trusty tag partner PaperclipMike is in the house.

(PCM) To borrow from Eric Bischoff’s WWE theme “I’m back and better than ever…” SNME’s of the present remind me of the ones I watched as a kid. A lot of matches that really mean nothing in the grand scheme of things.

(PCM) It was a bigger deal then because you got to see your Hogan’s, Savage’s, Andre’s, and the like. After all, they were not on free tv often. Nowadays, with wrestling on nearly every day and streaming services, you don’t have that to look forward to. But enough of me being an old man that yells at cloud, we have our third man to introduce.

(TGBH) The bWo is back with a third man, a new addition to the Main Event Wrestling Network roster. Please welcome Darkstar Shady, making his Main Event Wrestling Network slash bWo debut.

(DSS) What’s up everyone! I’m glad to be joining the team and turning this into a trio! This is gonna be the perfect intro to the site for me, so y’all can see how much of a hater I can be while writing about the guys being featured on the special.

(TGBH) So here we are, the bWo stands three talents strong, ready to make our predictions for SNME. Let’s get right to it yall!

PRE-GAME WITH BWO : SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT / JULY 12, 2025

LA Knight vs Seth Rollins

(DSS)  I would say this is the most unnecessary matchup on the card, but Goldberg is in the main event, so let’s call it a tie for last place. Seth Rollins isn’t really in either title picture, despite the briefcase, and the LA Knight feud is really just here because he doesn’t have anything else going for him. Honestly, I’d be fine if Knight got left off the card completely.

And since he’s turned into his own version of Roman Reigns—complete with Paul Heyman running around ringside calling people on his phone—there’s no way this match ends clean. LA Knight doesn’t need a meaningless loss, and Rollins doesn’t need a clean win. This one is absolutely ending with Bron and his Son coming out to jump LA Knight. Then SNME is getting filled with as many stars as they can running out to make the save.

DarkStar Shady’s Pick:

LA Knight via interference DQ

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Seth Rollins via Pinfall

PaperclipMike’s Pick:

Seth Rollins via Pinfall

Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre

(PCM) This match is the one I am looking forward to the most, being a big fan of both gentlemen. This is one of those on paper that will deliver no matter what, so it is hard to decide. It is nice to see Drew come back. However, other than his fight with Damian Priest at WrestleMania, he hasn’t had that big win this year, so he could use one against a man the caliber of Orton.

I could see this going to Orton as well and it would not bother me. He has been doing some great work since coming back from his career-threatening injury a couple of years ago. This match will easily be the best match of the night. However, I do have to give the nod to McIntyre. We saw a twinge of evil Orton at Night of Champions. A loss here could get those gears in motion for the Orton we know he has in him. So, going with Drew on this.

PaperclipMike’s Pick:

Drew McIntyre via pinfall

DarkStar Shady’s Pick:

Drew McIntyre via Pinfall

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Drew McIntyre via Pinfall

US HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Solo Sikoa(c) vs. Jimmy Uso

(TGBH) The Bloodline may be finished, but the storee never ends. Yes, that's right, the Bloodline saga is indeed a never ending storee that just keeps getting better. While Roman Reigns is away, probably off doing Tribal Chief duties behind the scenes, stars like Jey, Big "Slim" Jim, Solo, Jacob, and Bronson (he counts!!) have come into their own. Big Jimmy Uso still hasn't been picked up as the face of Slim Jim, but his time is coming. Currently, "Not Earthworm" Jim is playing the role of helping advance the newer talents that are breaking into the midcard/US Heavyweight division, whilst Solo Sikoa continues to assist his family members with getting full time work. Similar to Roman, Solo has been given the chance to be himself and has evolved into one of the best, and funniest, personalities across all of WWE's brands/shows. No slouches in the ring, these two continue to get better and have shown flashes of being fully capable of controlling the crowd. While Big Jim could use a solo title reign, he doesn't need it. Big Jim is one of the greatest tag team champions of all time and will one day carries singles gold when the time is right. For now, Solo Sikoa needs to stack wins against credible opponents during his first reign as he prepares to defend against Not From LA Knight and Jacob Fatu post Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Solo Sikoa via Pinfall

Dark Star Shady’s Pick:

Solo Sikoa (with help) via Pinfall

Paperclip Mike’s Pick:

Solo Sikoa via Pinfall

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Gunther(c) vs. Goldberg

(DSS) Ah yeah, the match literally no one was waiting for. We’ve got Goldberg battling himself through training, just to come face-to-face with one of the hardest hitters in WWE today. If I didn’t love talking wrestling with other people so much, I would probably skip this one. When I was younger, Goldberg was cool because of how he commanded the ring. He had unmatched aura. He came out looking jacked with his pyro, and he hit hard and fast to end matches quickly. That novelty wore off just as fast as his matches did. I’m hoping it’s a one-and-done for him. I can’t see the World Heavyweight Championship changing hands on SNME, not with both WWE and AEW running shows all weekend long. There’s a lot of wrestling and I don’t think Goldberg can do half of it anymore. I’d love to see him have a few moments to not look completely awful, and then get put to sleep in a choke from Gunther. I’m not even a big Gunther fan, but he needs to look like a stronger champion on this run. Losing to Oldberg just won’t work for him.

(PCM) Why are we having this match? And why did we take the belt off Jey Uso for this? There are some wrestlers I look back on and like more as I get older, appreciating them more. Sid Vicious is an example. On the complete opposite side is Goldberg. Look, I can respect being able to go out on your terms, not every wrestler gets to do that. But why does this have to be for the title? More so, what does this prove? If Gunter wins, he beat 2025 Goldberg, not 1998 Goldberg. If he loses, he drops the belt to 2025 Goldberg in his retirement match. Sad to say, since dropping the IC title, Gunther has not looked good. And I am a Gunther fan. If he drops the title, this could do serious damage that could take years to rebuild. There is no winner in this, no matter who wins. However, in picking a winner of the match, there is only one real winner that it needs to be. I said this at the last MEWN mixer, some of the HHH luster has worn off in regards to booking. If Goldberg wins, all of it might fall off. Give me Gunther.

(TGBH) Goldberg's retirement match has been a topic in the wrestling world for a long time now and it finally comes to an end. This match will be short and the opposite of sweet. The outcome is predictable to say the least. While I agree with PaperclipMike regarding the consequences of Gunther losing, there is no way Goldberg agreed to take a loss in his last match. It will end in seconds with just one Spear, and Goldberg wins with Gunther kicking out at 3.1. Goldberg while have his retirement match and his first post-retirement match on the same night as Seth Rollins and his pair of goons will cut Goldberg's celebration short without a victoree speech. Bron Breakker shows Goldberg how to properly execute a Spear, followed by a TSUUUUUUUUUUNAMI heard round the world by Big Bronson Reed. Seth Rollins steals the title and Goldberg's moment.

DarkStar Shady’s Pick:

Gunther via Submission

Paperclip Mike’s Pick:

Gunther via Pinfall

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Goldberg via Pinfall, Seth Cashes-In
