Oh. Hey there. This is a bit awkward, but I’m going to try out this blogging thing. Just want to start off by thanking the bWo guys for giving me the opportunity to give this thing a try. And of course, I want to thank my family at OTM for bringing me into my love for professional wrestling.

I wanted to give y’all a little taste of my writing style and answer some questions that you guys [didn’t] have for me.
“So, why are you blogging now?”
Well, to put it simply, I love wrestling and I already type a lot for my job. Soooo… why not just do both? Plus, blogging means I can just type away to my heart’s desire about anything I want.
“Didn’t you want to take a break from podcasting because you fell a little out of wrestling?”
Yes and no. I fell out of my love for WWE specifically. (if you want to know what I mean by that, go listen to On the Mark, ya marks. Or maybe I can save that for a blog…). Anyways, yes I have pretty much stopped watching WWE weekly for some time now, and I started to feel as though I wasn’t able to keep up with the boys on OTM. Buuuut, I still love watching AEW weekly, which brings me to the next question…
“What should we expect to see from these blogs?”
First off, I can’t wait to do the blog predictions with the bWo boys. Secondly, I want to eventually start a weekly AEW blog. I don’t know what that will entail fully yet, but that’s something I would love to do eventually. Thirdly, I just want to get my opinions about pro wrestling out there. So don’t be shocked when a random blog comes up about a particular storyline in a company, or a state of the union address to the wrestling world, or maybe even a tier list or something. I genuinely don’t know yet. Which is the best part of this transition for me!
“How often will you be pumping these blogs out?”
Honestly? Not sure. I guess just anytime I’m feeling like it? I’ve always been of the mindset that it’s not always worth it to produce content like it’s your job. Once you feel like it’s a job, the creative process loses what it was meant to be… a passion. I love this crazy sport that we call pro wrestling, and I don’t want anything to change that. (even if that means if we have to survive a guest appearance from Justin Bieber at Wrestlemania 58 or something. I don’t know, just spitballing here).
“Are you done with OTM?”
HELL NO. I love my guys to death at OTM. And, I can’t wait to talk with them again. I WILL be back for AEW Dynasty and Wrestlemania. I’ll just be going back to more of a parttime role for now. This summer is supposed to be hectic with the amount of traveling I’ll be doing for work. Also, don’t you dare think I won’t be coming back to talk about Warrior Wrestling. Plus, Gags and Brett are an amazing duo. If you thought we were a good podcast before, GO LISTEN NOW.
Welp, I think that’s all the questions that you guys [didn’t] have for me. Definitely didn’t make up any of those questions because I didn’t know how to get an introductory blog out there for y’all [I definitely did]. Remember, as the great TUCKY says, “It's a great time to be a wrestling fan” and “thank you so much for listening to the On Th…” Whoops, wrong show. See ya!
