BROWN'S FIVE AT 5 ISSUE 4
FIVE SURPRISE ROYAL RUMBLE WINNERS
5. DIRTY DOMINIK MYSTERIO
No one's expecting Dirty Dom to win. Dominik Mysterio has been the most hated WWE Superstar ever since he kicked Adam Copeland in the groin and beat up Rey Mysterio. Garnering the loudest reactions across arena whilst also honing his craft and slowly reaching the next level. Dominik has history with Seth Rollins. If WWE plans to keep the belt on Rollins, Dominik winning the rumble and taking a loss at Mania wouldnt be such a bad thing. Dirty Dominik Mysterio is here to stay and he's just getting better, on the mic and in the ring. Shake it up and give him the win with assists from Mami and the rest of The Judgment Day.
4. NIA JAX
In this case, nobody wants her to win. But I do. I'm not like most guys or girls, I see the talent that Nia Jax possesses and what she brings to the product. Nia Jax is wrestling royalty whether you'd like to accept it or not. Whilst also being a former Women's Champion, Nia Jax has also competed, and eliminated competitors, in both the Men's and Women's Royal Rumble in ONE NIGHT. She is as much a star in the Women's Revolution as the likes of many of your favorites. Would Becky still have blown up like she did without the iconic bloody face image after Nia broke her nose? Give Nia Jax the win so WE CAN GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO TALK MAD ABOUUUUT.
3. JINDER MAHAL
In the midst of being made the butt of a joke to bring in "The Great One", Jinder Mahal has really made some waves lately.
I witnessed the internet say things like "Watch it be Jinder" when The Trips announced a former World Champion was returning. I witnessed people boo our national anthem in Punjabi, showing just how clueless and brainwashed people of this nation can still truly be.
I witnessed Jinder Mahal work the opportunity like a professional. Taking over the stage that was made for him to be made a joke of and turned it into his outlet to show his frustrations with not only the audience, but with the U S of A itself.
I witnessed Jinder Mahal cement his place in the higher levels of today's talent. Jinder Mahal was the most talked about talent for almost three weeks, maybe even four. As he still lingers in the background of an overcrowded main event scene, he continues to be overlooked. Maybe it's time Jinder Mahal finally beats Seth Rollins. His moment is due, even if Damian Priest cashes in after.
2. JIMMY USO
Last night on Smackdown, Paul Heyman made me realize something....Jimmy Uso could be the Batista to Roman Reigns' Triple H. Paul Heyman has gotten it into Jimmy Uso's head that he needs to win the Rumble and beat Seth Rollins. When in reality, Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns have concocted this scheme to get Roman the weekend off for Wrestlemania. They have cooked this up based on the fact that Jimmy's current character will do what he has to do to impress Our Tribal Chief, moreso now that Solo Sikoa is the Tribal Heir.
Jimmy Uso will likely enter at Number 1.
Jimmy Uso should go the distance and lockdown his spot as a solo superstar, like his brother Jey. Jimmy Uso should go the distance and be among the last four if he doesn't win.
It is time for Jimmy Uso to walk alone.
But if he does win....sorry Cody, but Jimmy has to finish his story first. Jimmy Uso has to dethrone Roman Reigns.
1. SHAYNA BASZLER
Come on yall. This is MY show. And for anyone who knows me, they know it's ALWAYS Shayna Time for me.
Shayna Baszler sent Ronda Rousey home.
Before Nia Jax's return and throwing the whole women's division into a frenzy over wanting revenge, Shayna Baszler was in the process of gathering wins to move back up the ladder post win over Rousey.
I have watched Shayna be passed over countless times over the years. She's been putting over countless superstars of tomorrow and continues to do so today. The Royal Rumble is a match made for Shayna to shine, where she holds the record with Bianca Belair for most eliminations in one match. Shayna Baszler has gone on to state that she plans to break that record at today's Royal Rumble PLE.
Give Shayna Baszler her flowers already.
Shayna Baszler and Rhea Ripley have history from NXT, who better to (FINALLY) give Shayna her moment at Wrestlemania than Rhea Ripley.
It's Shayna Time.
Thanks for reading yall! Dont forget The Great Brown Hope will be live tweeting the Royal Rumble PLE so be sure to be following or end up missing out like everyone else.
