Not only a whoop, but whoop whoop to the lo’s and lette’s. It is ya boy, the ‘Office Supply Juggalo’ PaperclipMike. I know I have been radio silent on here since Stranglemania, and I apologize. But I do want to thank all you crazy fuckers who stayed up late with us, as it became our second most viewed livestream in the history of MEWN. But as usual, something outside of my control derailed my other projects and really irked me, and got me discouraged. But I am near the end of that horseshit and am ready to get going again. Last show we had new faces in the women’s division, new management for the Redwood Giants, and new tag champs!. So let’s see what we have next in store for…

We start with a cold open of the new JCW tag champions, the New Backseat Boyz, with manager and original Backseat Boy, Johnny Kashmere. They talk about not only being proud to represent JCW, but to eventually become the greatest JCW tag champs in history as we go to the always motivating show open.

Out of the intro, we go backstage with Breyer Wellington and Geeves backstage being approached by the “Straight Laced Juggalo” Joe Galli. Breyer says he will make it rain in JCW as Geeves repeats saying it is raining, and Joe suggests bringing an umbrella.

Breyer Wellington w/Geeves vs. Simon Gotch

As we go ringside for our first match, we are still joined by Matt Cardona on commentary. Geeves comes out to no music to introduce Wellington, using a bit of classic reverse psychology to get the crowd to pelt him and his ward with trash. Also, as a longtime KISS fan, nice to see Simon Gotch come out to “I Want It Loud”, one of the songs that doesn’t get used as a theme much.

Also, as I watch the early match shenanigans, I noticed something. Is the ref wearing sequins? Nothing wrong with it, he is just glittery as hell. The two men finally get with the graps as Simon quickly transitions to some joint manipulation. Great moment where Wellington complains that his hand hurts after what Simon did. Simon grabbed the wrestling headgear he came to the ring with and tossed it to Breyer and told him to put it on. So he basically called him out for being a pussy.

Breyer gets a little pep in his step, but runs into a single leg takedown, which is transitioned into a cross armbar, transitioned into some ground and pound, which Gotch turns into a front facelock and a gator roll. The roll leads to a rope break as the men spill outside and trade blows for a moment before going back inside.

Wellington is able to get a few blows in before being planted with a high-angle back suplex, nearly a backdrop driver, and a belly to belly. Geeves gets in and pays for his distraction with an Oklahoma Stampede. Breyer tries to go for a surprise roll up, but Gotch quickly rolls through into a bulldog choke for the tap out win.

Officer Colt Cabana vs. Zack Gowen

The banger themes continue as Zach comes out to “Running Down a Dream” by Tom Petty. Officer Colt comes out with his Police In Training rookie, who is actually Midwest wrestler Ryan Matthias. Colt has the crowd showering him with a cacophony of boos as he says he won’t wrestle Zach because he will not wrestle a gimp. Colt says his rookie will wrestle Zach. As he asks the rookie's name, the rookie stammers, so Colt calls him Deputy Dickhead.

DD rushes Zach and strikes with some hammering blows as Colt joins the commentary table. Zach was able to land some strikes of his own and countered with a tornado DDT. In a sort of impressive move, Zach locks in a modified figure four before Deputy Head grabs the ropes. Zach starts talking to Colt, which causes DD to take his leg out from him. DD then comically goes for a figure four, but cannot lock it in for obvious reasons. Zach is able to capitalize with a small package, but it gets kicked out, and DD clotheslines him.

Deputy does hit a standing shooting star press, but delays the pinfall and gets a two count. He does go for an absolutely gorgeous top rope moonsault on Zack, but gets none of it. Zack hits a one-legged Canadian Destroyer and goes to the top. Colt comes from the commentary table and goozles Zack. But before he can do anything, JCW OG 2 Tuff Tony stops Colt and Zack his the top rope moonsault for the win.

We then get our next episode of Shaggy’s Showcase as Shaggy 2 Dope as we get a look at the man on Shaggy’s shirt, Kongo Kong.

JCW Heavyweight Title Match

Willie Mack vs “Cowboy” James Storm

Great more Cardona on commentary as the “Chocolate Juggalo” was tossing out candy bars to the crowd on his entrance, saying Wille should have sold them instead since this is not the ‘wrestling friends’, but the ‘wrestling business’.

James Storm starts by blindsiding Willie and gets a few solid shots in before eating a knuckle sandwich from Willie. It always impresses me how fast and agile Willie is, given his size. A solid flying knee from Mack gets a close two-count as James heads outside for a bit of respite. Willie ends that by following him outside and landing some nasty chops. Willie ended up going for a third one against the ring, but faked James out and gave him a double titty twister, got a chortle out of me.

James made haste and tried to run. Wille gave chase, but Storm pulled the ref between them, using the distraction to spit beer in Willie’s eyes. Storm then returned the favor with some chops of his own. A couple of more strikes before rolling Willie in for a pin, but no three-count. Storm is fully in control for the first time this match, pouring on the punishment.

Willie is whipped into a corner and mounts a comeback with a nasty clothesline and flying back elbow. He hits a gorgeous standing moonsault for a very close 2 count. However, James Storm answers back with a kick to the back of the head and a DDT for a close two count of his own. Storm sets a chair in the corner between the ropes. He then sends Willie into it, who reverses it, so James eats the chair. A stunner for Willie Mack, and the champion retains.

Another good episode in the books. Heavy on wrestling, light on segments. In fact, other than Shaggy’s Spotlight, there was nothing backstage at all. It shows me that the wrestling is good enough to carry a show. We will see what is in store for Lunacy next time. In the meantime between time, follow me on all the socials and follow all the MEWN peeps as we bring you wrestling without tribes!
