(TGBH) Waddup yall! If you’re not one of our twelve loyal readers, you’re about to become number thirteen cause the boys are back in town! Put the women and stay at home husbands in bed cause we are gonna be talking some hard hitting Lucha Libre graps that will demand your undivided attention for just a couple minutes. We got one of the biggest matches in today’s Lucha Libre landscape taking place this Saturday in front of a crowd, and country, that fully supports Our El Grande Americano. We got five matches booked up to today and they make up a truly stacked card with big name talent and im excited to get to it! (PCM)Here we go! Props to AAA, as even though I do not really watch much, but what I have seen makes it one of the more exciting shows in WWE right now, which means none of this matters outside of Mexico, but here we go anyway,
(DSS) Another AAA predictions blog? That must mean we’re in for a great show. AAA has probably had the best big shows of any of the WWE products over the last year, and this one should be no exception. I’m a little behind in my AAA, but I’m gonna throw out some ideas anyways.
(TGBh) Orale pues, we got the boys, tacos in the way, and we got our chelas, so lets get to it yall!

AAA Noche de Los Grandes
Lola Vice, La Catalina, and Bayley vs. Las Toxicas
(DSS) I love Bayley. I just had to state an important fact, before telling you why she is going to win. This match has been building in different ways for months now, and it’s going to pay off in epic fashion. Bayley has had a title shot in AAA that she lost, and Lola Vice has been circling the scene for damn near as long as AAA has been a WWE property, but it’s hard for anyone to beat Flammer when she’s got her group interfering for her. Throw in La Catalina as the newest face in the company, and we’ve got a proper trios match that the “good” side should be able to win to give them a bit more momentum for whoever is next up for a AAA Reina de Reinas title shot.

AAA World Cruiserweight Championship
Laredo Kid(c) vs. Fenix
(TGBH) Just recently added to the card as to not steal the spotlight of the hype, this one may be the one to steal the show. Laredo Kid is a phenomenal performer who has defended his championshop against phenomenal challengers for close to 540 days, and counting. Does Fenix need the belt? Probably not. But with Penta having some Gold, it's fun to tease the possibility of Fenix winning this one. The Cruiserweight division is seeing a resurgence in AAA, maybe it's best to keep the belt on Laredo Kid for the time being til we can establish the next set of opponents. No matter who carries the belt in X amount of days, you still need to build up the division.

AAA Tag Team Championship
Psycho Clown and Pagano(c) vs. War Raiders
(TGBH) Psycho Clown and Pagano have defended their titles against an array of opponents, including the legendary NEW New Day. Then you throw in their rivalry with The Wyatt Sicks that involved the rest of the Psycho Circus. I'd say it's been a hell of a run. Their current rivalry against the War Raiders also comes with the backstage eliminations of members of The Circus of Psychopaths, one by one. Fans speculated Pagano and Psycho Clown confronted him on three separate occasions questioning his loyalty, much to Pagano's distaste. This rematch is gonna be a mess as the chemistry between the champions has some cracks on and below the surface and that's what will cost them the match. Look for War Raiders to steal the belts and add another Tag Team Championsip to their trophy case.

AAA Latin American Championship
El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.(c) vs. El Hijo del Vikingo
(PCM) I think the numbers game overwhelms here. EHDDWJ has had a hell of a run, but with Omos and crew behind EHDV, look for a new champion. This is sure to be a good match, but I see a new title holder.
(TGBH) With the unfortunate release of Santos Escobar, Wagner III must move on to something else. And honestly, I can't remember the last time I saw Wagner III and his brother, Galeno Del Mal, in the ring together at the same time. Those two are some heavy specimens that come from an even heavier lineage. Putting them together as a team would be a fun project, as AAA has a vast pool of tag teams that are being groomed to be moved to NXT and eventually RAW or SmackDown. Now, El Hijo Del Vikingo has become the head of the El Ojo stable and has only shown AAA Mega Heavyweight Championship losses to Big Bad Mad Dog Ex Con Dirty Dominik Mysterio. He needs a big win here, otherwise you've got big Omos at his tow for nothing. His heel persona was something he was forced to adapt to after fans turned on El Hijo Del Vikingo first, and that's a fact. Put the belt on him and let him get boo'ed out of arenas as he makes historee in the process.

Lucha De Apuestas: Mask vs. Mask
El Grande Americano vs. Original Grande Americano
(PCM) If you told me that a German pretending to be American pretending to be Mexican would be the most over luchadore in Mexico, I would never believe you, yet here we are. This buildup has been gas all the way. Imagine a lot of interference on both sides, but look for El Grande American to beat El Grande Americano.
(TGBH) What can I say what I haven't already said about this one? Nothing really, except El Grande Americano continues to rise in popularity, and still has a guaranteed AAA Mega Heavyweight Championship opportunity in his back pocket. And now he's got a pair of vets that have gone just as all in into the characters, and the culture, as he has. The imposter Americano can go back to RAW where the rest of the B+ players, and Roman Reigns, are.
(DSS) This is the match that I have been waiting for; not just for months, but for a lifetime. Growing up a fan of The Real El Grande Americano, I’ve had stories passed down for generations of his exploits. In school, my friends and I would use packs of post-its to illustrate flip books of his legendary matches that we were told about from before televisions and recordings were even possible. And now this new guy comes in, claims to be the “original” and makes a mockery of our culture? No fucking way. The Real El Grande Americano is going to stand victorious, as he has over many others over the decades, and rip the mask off that imposter. This “Original” is trying to come in and take the spotlight and love that the real Americano has been getting across multiple promotions. He wants so badly to be a real luchador, but he can’t hold a candle to true greatness. I don’t know if he is some random guy off the street, Charlotte Flair or maybe even R-Truth under the mask, but whoever he is, he’s not the man I grew up idolizing. I hope whoever it is that El Grande unmasks will just move on afterwards, and let my childhood hero continue to run at the top of the card in Mexico. I don’t want anyone else to succeed Dominik as AAA Champion. ¡Viva El Grande Americano!
