(PCM) The best part of this? We get to see all our faithful, loyal readers we love and value so much. The worst part. Everything else. I have had zero interest in SNME for so long. These are not fun anymore. And if TKO is good at anything, sucking the fun out of wrestling is right up there.

(DSS) The bWo can’t stop talking wrestling. And you all can't stop reading what we have to say because we've got the best group of bloggers predicting every major show. Sunday Night Main Event is no different.

(B-OE3W) WHO’S THE FUTURE, BWO?!! If we can’t answer that by the end of this show, I apologize for my outburst. Let’s see what a change in weekend day does for this Main Event!

(TGBH) It’s a big weekend for the Main Event Wrestling Network, so let’s kick off the Half Marathon Weekend, which is conveniently the same weekend as Labor Day Weekend, with a BANG BANG! Let’s get to it yall!!

PreGame w/bWo

Sunday Night’s Main Event

Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton

(DSS) Cody and Randy are going to go at it, not for a title, but just for the love of the game. Randy came back specifically to fuck Cody's life up, and Cody isn't going to back down from him. This is not going to be their last bout, and I would not hate seeing Cody do his best to retire the Legend Killer. I'm looking forward to these two really tear each other apart, but I assume it will be a shorter match thanks to the musical performance taking place.

(PCM)There is one wrinkle in this that has piqued my interest. They have been laying little nuggets around…what if Paul Heyman is with Cody? The Vision is done; he is not needed in the Bloodline, but Paul Heyman has the history with Cody, and I love a good story wrinkle. Let Randy win to put the cracks in Cody to let that manifest.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Randall Not Bandit Keith Orton via Pinfall

PaperClip Mike’s Pick:

RKO via RKO

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Randy Orton

BRANdon’s Pick:

Randy Orton OUTTA NOWHERE

Baron Corbin vs. Lil Yachty

(if LY lasts 5 mins, Trick Daddy Dollas Baby Cause im a Thug Williams gets US Title shot)

(TGBH) As the only TRUE Corbin fan in the entire universe, i have witnessed the fake love when Corbin left the fed. He came back and where’s them fake ass, i only pretend i care about people when it’s convenient ass muthafuckas?..... dont worry, ill wait. Baron Corbin is a certified Hall of Famer and the ONLY person to win the Dusty Classic, the Andre the Giant Battle Royal, Money in the Bank, King of the Ring, AND retire an Olympic Gold Medalist at WrestleMania. The Lone Wolf Constable is going to do wonders in putting over Trick Williams. A once former contender for a World Title, Baron Corbin is no stranger to the Main Event. Honestly, who better to make Trick and Lil Yachty look like a million bucks? Yachty has played his role well and a pre-advertised five or less minute match on a glorified house show isn’t a bad bone to throw at someone who has given alot in such a small role. Entertainment wise, this will be a fun little squabble.

(B-OE3W) I have no reason to believe that a multi-platinum selling artist can’t last 5 min in the ring with Borin’ Corbin. If Yachty can take a good Deep Six, Trick might be looking at a new tag partner sooner than later. I just hope Corbin didn’t finish the shavejob on that belt. WWEShop needs to move some units!

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Baron Corbin in less than 60 seconds

PaperClip Mike’s Pick:

Lil Yachty goes 5

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Yachty survives 5 but gets pinned

BRANdon’s Pick:

Lil BOAT goes the distance

Jade Cargill and The Baddies vs. Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and Tatum Paxley

(DSS) Good, great, fantastic. We are getting a match where Tatum is being subbed in for what had been Rhea's spot. I guess WWE thinks our hot goth women are interchangeable. They are not interchangeable, but they are both hot. Wait…what was the subject? Oh yeah, right. Team adopt-a-goth has zero reason to lose to Jade. Her group still doesn't make sense to me.

(TGBH) Dont look now, but Jade Cargill and the Baddies are undefeated at Saturday Night’s Main Event and are about to be undefeated at Sunday Night’s Main Event too. Yall can hate all you want, but Cargill is a money player and will always be setup as such. Michin continues to be a dependable talent that is also starting to blossom into something more. B-Fab is getting some great reps here, so it’s needless to say they are all getting better together. Charlexa and Paxley is fun I guess, but they were only put together for this match. Cargill needs wins and this is a way for her and her squad to get dubs without hurting their opposition’s standings in singles competition. Look for the Baddies to get help in the form of Jaida Parker and if not on this night, it’s gonna happen eventually.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

The Baddies

PaperClip Mike’s Pick:

Charlexa Paxley

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Charlexa and Tatum.

BRANdon’s Pick:

Jade n Baddies. Alexa eats the pin.

Oba Femi vs. Bron Breakker

(B-OE3W) Run as you will, stall as you may, the future arrives all the same. We’re viewing the dawning of a new era™ in WWE, and only one’s standing atop Pride Rock as the king as the Swahili starts to swell at the end of this one. Bron Breakker seemed to be a hungry young lion as he decimated his opposition last year, but he went ahead and bit off more than he could chew and had to tip over a feckin’ announce table and bulge his intestine right before Wrestlemania. In steps Oba Femi, a real-life Jabari who has been feasting on fan adoration and foolish opps that have challenged DA RULA since his Raw debut. With the streak of dominance that has overwhelmed all that have stood in its wake - including The Beast Incarnate - one would be hard-pressed to figure who could withstand. Bron is hell-bent and destiny-bound on reminding everyone who the heir apparent is to the peak of the WWE mountain, and I have to believe that he is as big a threat to Oba’s hegemony as they come. If he can’t do it on his own in this go-around, I can think of another BIG guy (4 u) that may lend an assist…

(PCM) This is sort of a make-or-break for Bron. Less than a year ago, he was poised to be where Oba is now. That injury right before WrestleMania really did a lot of damage to his standing. He still has some time, but not as much as he should. I do love this kind of big man match. Two massive, strong, agile big men beating the shit out of each other. This will be MOTN in my opinion. With talks of Bronson Reed coming back, I could see some chicanery leading to a Bron win. Either way, this match could be really good.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Lesnar shows up and beats up both of em

PaperClip Mike’s Pick:

Bron Breakker via Bronson Reed

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

No Contest

BRANdon’s Pick:

Oba Femi via DQ with a full Vision fixed on the future (Paul)
