(TGBH) What’s crackin yall! It’s the weekend and the body knows it! It’s a huge weekend in Mexico that’s about to be capped off with RAW in Mexico City. We got the boys together again to get our Night 2 picks in just for all 12 of yall!

(DSS) Night 2. This is about to be the highlight of the year for AAA. The highlight of the year for any company. I dont have much to say other than I'm excited.

(B-OE3W) To keep my quotes timely: “Ah shit, here we go again!” We’re making this one a doble as THEE blog World order reups for TripleMania Noche DOS! This one is sure to shake a few pillars in AAA and beyond as new sagas commence and old heads - specifically, Rey Mysterio - are laid up in hospital beds with nothing but regrets and disgrace to attend to them. ¡Vamos, weyes!

PreGame w/bWo:

AAA TripleManiAAA 34 / Night 2

Mexico City Street Fight

El Carnicero vs. Psycho Clown

(TGBH) I’ve been vocal about this and I gotta say it again, I’m just not feeling this Carnicero guy. I have tried but I just cannot accept that this is the guy that stalked and took out the Psycho Circus. And for what? Cause he dislikes Clowns or something? Why’d he have to ambush em when their backs were turned? There’s so many unanswered questions and im still curious as to where has Pagano been. Did I miss something? Either way, it’s a street fight so we’ll get some good ol’ calle action in this one that I think will come down to Pagano re-emerging and getting Psycho Clown back for accusing him of betraying the Psycho Circus. I mean, Pagano is afterall on the promo posters so there’s that.

(DSS) I'm not sold. I said back on the mixer before Ola de Calor that I just wasn't too excited about El Carnicero debuting, and I stand by it. I'm sure the match will be fine. There will be some exciting spots…but we just don’t need it. But we're stuck with it and he's probably going to win.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

El Carnicero

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

El Carnicero

BRANdon’s Pick:

El Carnicero via Technical Submission (don’t ask me how)

Copa Bardahl 15 Match

(B-OE3W) ….how did I get this one?! I have no idea how this is supposed to go! You know what? Lemme spitball this one, since there are some apparent unsigned talent in this one. Wasn’t there someone in ROH years ago? Teamed with Kevin Owens, I think? Went to shepherd orphan children in the hills of Mexico instead of face the WWE grind? Now I know Microman will want to recover his pride from last year’s defeat to a much larger talent in Omos, but there’s money on the table here, and AAA would be foolish to leave it sitting for little orphan hands to grab it.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Omos repeats

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

JD McDonagh

BRANdon’s Pick:

El Generico to raucous applause

AAA World Cruiserweight Championship

Rey Fenix(c) vs. Jack Cartwheel vs. Mini Vikingo vs. Nathan Frazer

(TGBH) Rey Fenix just defended this belt on smackdown but it was in Mexico so he’ll time to rest. All kidding aside, Rey Fenix has been everywhere the last two weeks and the guy needs a break. Only thing is, he aint getting a break here. Any of these challengers makes a worthy successor if this is the night to do it so. But to be honest, where else do you put Fenix after this if he loses? With Penta getting a huge spotlight on Monday, this will be Fenix’s night to shine. It’s hard to not pick someone other than Fenix, and Mini Vikingo makes all the sense in the world, especially with Dorian in his ear recently. If it is Fenix’s time to pass the torch, give it to Mini Vikingo. And give him a new look and a new name too, it’s time to carve his own legacy, especially this early in his stupid young career.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Mini Vikingo via Pinfall

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Jack Cartwheel

BRANdon’s Pick:

Lil Viking to become el campeón más joven

AAA World Tag Teaam Championship

Open Challenge

(B-OE3W) Listen. Of course, it's gonna be Los Americanos. Why wouldn't it be Los Americanos? It will absotively posolutely be Los Americanos. Los Americanos will win. Los Americanos via pinfall.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Los Wagners

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Los Americanos

BRANdon’s Pick:

Los Americanos

AAA Reina de Reinas Championship

Flammer(c) vs. La Catalina

(B-OE3W) 1128 days. Taya Valkyrie. Lady Shani. Bayley. Faby Apache. Natalya. La Catalina. Lady Flammer has been proving her mettle from 2023 to this night as THEE longest Reina de Reinas champion in nearly three decades of the existence of one of lucha libre’s most desired prizes. On the note of prizes, the top dama of Las Toxicas will face off against someone who WWE just HAD to have in the Santiago sensation, La Catalina. Positioned to be a poster figure in AAA since the acquisition, Catalina is both prodigious and well-seasoned, having wrestled since her teen years and previously won titles in Revolucion Lucha Libre and CMLL before making the jump to WWE, where she was the FIRST Chilean wrestler signed to the company (sorry, Steph). If one thing is true in pro wrestling, the biggest shows often stage the biggest moments, and La Diva del Ring is poised to complete a decade-long odyssey and fulfill her destiny.

(TGBH) Im writing this before Triplemania, and I gotta say I honestly dont think Flammer drops the belt here. Dont get it twisted, La Catalina deserves it, but she deserves more too. La Catalina is a young prospect that may be moved up quicker than any of the other women in AAA. La Catalina is already established and has a following in the states, she doesn’t need the Reina de Reinas championship to transition to NXT or the main roster. Flammer deserves flowers on every additional day added to her total, but I just feel like either Roxanne Perez or La Hiedra benefit a whole lot more than La Catalina would. Cause even in a one on one match, Flammer will still manage to sneak away with the victoree.

(DSS) This is the most torn I've been on a match, but it's because I'm booking into the future in my mind. Lady Flammer is one of the greatest champions of all time. Her reign is nearly as long as Roman's run as the Unsisputed WWE Heavyweight Universal Champion and they could keep it going just a little longer. Now don't get me wrong, I want to see La Catalina capture the Reina de Reinas title, but not right now. What really needs to happen is La Hiedra needs the title ASAP. If La Catalina captures the title, she would end up with a short reign so that La Hiedra gets her much-deserved Championship. I think the opposite would work better: let Flammer run little longer before Hiedra dethroned her. La Catalina is new to AAA and has plenty of time to chase the title.

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

Flammer via Pinfall

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

Flammer via Pinfall

BRANdon’s Pick:

La Catalina via Pinfall

AAA Mega Heavyweight Championship

Dirty Dominik Mysterio(c) vs. El Grande Americano

(TGBH) It’s all come down to this. Dirty Dominik Mysterio has spent about a year as the AAA Mega Heavyweight Champion. The list of names that have had anything to do with him on AAA television have only gotten better. Dirty Dom brought AAA to the masses and has only risen in popularity. Sure he’s treated and reacted differently on two separate brands, but so has El Grande Americano. At this point, I’d say keep both of them on AAA and off Raw, or at least away from anything that would opposite reactions. You cant deny these two are larger than life in Mexico, and they’re certainly appreciated more by audience as well. This will be the only match that will rival the Mask vs Mask match between the Americanos and will launch AAA to the next level. Andrea will slap Liv, the Americanos will squabble with Raquel and JD, and possibly Los Perros join the fray(not the band) too. One way or the other, we’re getting a new champ.

(B-OE3W) 367 days. El Hijo del Vikingo. El Grande Chad.

Uhhh…

Well, Dom’s been AAA MEGA campeón for a year by this point. Not many defenses to note, but kings such as Dirty Dom tend to have their authority assumed, anyway. Also the focal point of El Nuevo Ojo, Dom is loving life as the top guy in AAA.

However…

One stands to usurp the gilded throne that El Sucio has crafted for himself. And he had a big fucking sword. El Rey de Reyes (suck it, Mysterio), EL GRANDÉ AMERICANOOOOOOOOO (olé, olé, olé olé olé, hey). This truly not German man had arrived on the scene and, within a year, captured the hearts of fans in Mexico and indeed, around the world. Say what you will about Papa Meltz’ astral projections: 5.75 stars were well-earned and entirely unseen for The Big American this time in 2025, never mind for two of them! Now standing alone in name alone, El Grande Americano’s passion will present a problem that Dom is not ready for. It’s time for Noah Club to warm up the pipes and Cielito Lindo to set to loop. It’s time.

(DSS) I can't state enough how much this match means to me. Hell, not just to me…but to my whole family. I grew up watching El Grande Americano matches that my family had recorded on our old Betamax tapes. I grew up with pictures of him lining our hallway, where most families had of their kids' school pictures year by year. El Grande Americano is a multi-generational talent and his stories have been passed down like fables. I feel incredibly lucky to live in a time where I can watch his matches any time I want online…it's just a shame so much of his history was lost to time (and the downfall of the Betamax).

Now, don't think I'm not torn on this. I love Daddy Dom as much as the next guy…maybe more. I wish he could be as dominant on Raw as he has been in AAA. The King of the Luchadores and The Greatest Mysterio of All Time will be the WWE Champion sooner than you think, but it's his time to move on from Mexico. El Grande Americano has had many great accomplishments throughout the decades, but he will finally capture the Mega Championship to truly cement himself as Mexican Royalty for all time. It's just unfortunate is has to be El Sucio de los Sucios Dominik Mysterio that takes the pin…

The Great Brown Hope’s Pick:

El Grande Americano via Pinfall

Darkstar Shady’s Pick:

El Grande Americano via Pinfall

BRANdon’s Pick:

El Grandé Americano con Andrea, Pimpi, y Mexico
